Mijas Hipodromo Costa del Sol Race Course.

Mijas Hipodromo is one of the best locations for horse racing in Spain.The Spanish climate being so good  SO when the UK season is over, many owners bring their horses over to race in Spain and the racing continues to attract more and more visitors. Whether in winter or summer, the experience is fun and in the beautiful surroundings of the sub tropical Mediterranean make it a holiday destination to remember.

The Hipodromo is only 30 km. from Málaga Airport and easy access on transport. Two directions: one from La Cala de Mijas, and one from the N-340, opposite the Castle in Fuengirola on route to Urbanisation "CERROS DEL AGUILA". MAP

The racetrack is set with one of the largest leisure complex on the coast. There are over 300 livery horse boxes in use at present and more stables are planned there will soon be a total of 650 boxes available, with many people using these excellent stabling facilities to keep their own horse.

There is a jumping and training paddocks catering for riding lessons and training available for beginners and seasoned riders.With grandstand and VIP facilities and a hotel iare also part of the complex, for those who stay for a course or simply to enjoy the surroundings.There are many bars, cafeterias and restaurants. There is plenty of free parking on site so why not use us to transport your horse to the races.
